Welcome back to another post! Today, I thought I would share with you a few tips I have found useful to help you drink more water throughout the day. I know sometimes it’s hard to drink water because you might forget because your too busy, whatever the reason hopefully these tips will help you, stay hydrated, especially, when it summer!
Tip 1. Always have a water bottle with you!
It is so important that you keep a water bottle with you throughout your day, not only is it a great reminder, when you are out and about but also a water bottle you can refill anytime, which is always very convenient.
Tip 2. Infuse your water with fruit.
This is something I have been doing recently and it has really helped me drink more water. By adding fruit to your water, it doesn’t just make a great summer ice drink but it also makes water taste more interesting! J
Tip 3. Download an app to help you!
Tips 4. Eat rich foods
This is a sneaky way to help you want to have water. Rich foods and spicy foods, make you very thirsty, but be careful, do not drink too much water after your meal, it can make it harder for your body to digest the food.
Tip 5. Use a marked water bottle
Why not go one step further, not only would you have a water bottle with you, you can have one that has marked ounces or even hours. Using a marked water bottle can really help you reach your target.
