- Do your daily workout!
Making sure to get your daily workout in is so important and believe it or not it is very beneficial for your skin because when you are working out, you are sweating, therefore it will help open up your pores and will give you smooth radiant skin.
Mediating in the mornings is something I have gotten into doing recently, it has really helped me relax and feel more alert and awake in the mornings especially when I mediate early in the morning. Sometimes, I prefer mediating at other times in the day, for example evenings when I am going to bed.
Meditating helps you feel less stressed and more relaxed. It benefits your skin because when you are more relaxed it doesn’t make the muscles tense; therefore, the whole appearance of your skin will be improved and also from my research it has shown that when you are stressed it will more likely cause wrinkles to come sooner.
- Have your daily fresh green juice or smoothie
Having a juice or smoothie after your workout is a great thing to do because juices and smoothies contain fruits and vegetables, which therefore include great vitamins and minerals, which will benefit your skin massively. I would recommend having a green smoothie or juice because they will provide the best nutrients.
- Water beside your bed so you can drink when waking up
Make sure you have water beside your bed, when you wake up because it is so important to drink water in the mornings and throughout the day because it does not only benefit your skin massively, but it also makes you more awake and alert in the mornings.
