One of my favourite non-alcoholic cocktails to have on holiday is a Pina Colada. So, I thought why not make it into a smoothie, so I can treat myself to one in the morning.
This Pina Colada smoothie is lovely and sweet because of the added little twist of raspberries and it is also deliciously creamy because of the coconut drink and coconut oil. Also, the coconut oil contains great fat. There is also great fibre in the smoothie because of the fruits. This delicious creamy smoothie will definitely wake you up and get you on the right path to have a successful and inspiring day.
(Serves 1) Ingredients:
100ml of coconut drink
Handful of raspberries
1 tbsp MCT Oil
30g (I scoop) Vanilla protein powder
¼ of a Pineapple
Put all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
